I love the idea of a different sort of fantasy book so think that I might have to check out Prince of Thorns...plus...that cover really grabs my eye.

I just picked up Shadow Of Night! Can't wait to read it.
ReplyDeleteYour description of the main character of Prince of Thorns kind of makes me want to read it. And my wife's a huge Nicholas Sparks fan, too.
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting my blog!
I totally get reading something light before reading something more serious! Happy reading! =]
ReplyDeleteI love Sparks and the other two books really make me want to read them. I definitely need to check these out.

I'm a fan of Sparks, too! I just loved A Walk to Remember and Dear John. I've read several books from him but paused for a while. I found new genres to read--which I'm enjoying--and I'm not sure when to come back. I haven't read Best of Me yet.
ReplyDeleteSo, you like fantasy? Same here. Have you read Iron Fey series? It's really good! :)
Btw, thanks for droppin by my WWW! And oh, I'm a new follower! :))

I haven’t heard of any of these books but I'll be looking into Sparks and Sandersons books.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my blog for WWW Wednesday =)
I am incredibly jealous you get to read 'Shadow of Night' - NetGalley shot me down with that one! :( sniffff haha.
ReplyDeleteSo far I would definitely recommend 'Daughter of Smoke and Bone'!

Oh, I totally get what you're saying about Nicholas Sparks' books. I do the same thing with his stuff - either as a light read after something really heavy or in preparation for the total mindblowing plotline I'm about to read!
ReplyDeleteAll of them look really great!
Thanks for stopping by my WWW!
