So here is my sign up post for the Bout of Books read-a-thon 8.0! I really enjoy this fun read-a-thon as it just gives me that extra little nudge to read more in a week. In July I read 14 books which will be hard to top but I'm hoping with the help of BOB that I'll make a bigger dent in my TBR pile and challenge of 80 books in 2013. This year I hope to join in a lot more of the daily challenges and read atleast 5 books (!). I'll post the books I plan to read closer to the read-a-thon but for now here is all the info about it if you fancy joining in:
The Bout of Books read-a-thon is organized by Amanda @ On a Book Bender and Kelly @ Reading the Paranormal. It is a week long read-a-thon that begins 12:01am Monday, August 19th and runs through Sunday, August 25th in whatever time zone you are in. Bout of Books is low-pressure, and the only reading competition is between you and your usual number of books read in a week. There are challenges, giveaways, and a grand prize, but all of these are completely optional.
