Showcase Sunday #20

It's Sunday and that means one thing; Showcase Sunday a fun weekly meme hosted by Vicky over @Books, Biscuits and Tea. It's a great way of showing off what we've bought, borrowed and received this week.

Bought:
 Blackwood - Gwenda Bond
The Silver Linings Playbook - Matthew Quick
Blackwood is my first buy out of my birthday amazon voucher, yay! I'm really looking forward to this book, it sounds so interesting and a little creepy! The Silver Linings Playbook is coming out as a film in a few days or so, staring The Hunger Games' Jennifer Lawrence and I really want to see it! It looks so quirky. When I saw the book in my local supermarket I knew I had to read it! It isn't a very big book so shouldn't take me long when I decide to read it :)

For Review:
Pantomime - Laura Lam
The Holders - Julianna Scott
Amazing! I can't wait to read Pantomime! It looks so good that I can't wait to sink my teeth into it! Definitely going to read it next. The cover is beautiful too! The Holders looks really interesting too. Thanks go out to Strange Chemistry for these lovely ARCs.

Netgalley:
A Natural History of Dragons: A Memoir by Lady Trent - Marie Brennan
What's Left of Me - Kat Zhang
Isn't the dragon book beautiful? Anything about dragons piques my interest and after seeing this book on netgalley I knew that I had to read it! It would be amazing to have as a hard copy though. I'd love to see that cover up close. The book sounds so interesting too so definitely looking forward to reading this one sometime. What's Left of me looks great too. It has such an original premise so hopefully it'll be a good read :)

My Book Bag:
Isn't this book clutch bag from ASOS amazing! I am in love! It is so beautiful and looks so much like a book that I don't want to take it out with me! I love it and will be taking it on a belated birthday night out soon with my friends! Love love love it <3

Breathe Postcard :)
Thank you to Breathe author Sarah Crossan for this amazing little postcard! Love the little message too :) I've just ordered Breathe so it should be featuring in next weeks Showcase Sunday post! Can't wait to read it!
