Welcome to my new weekly feature Beloved Book Quotes where every week I'll be sharing with you all a favourite quote, a new quote that I find interesting or even an old quote that has found its way back into my head after sometime. I'll explain what this quote means to me and what it may say about the story/characters in general and why it has been chosen.

Beloved Book Quote #2

 This quote from The Lord of the Rings always makes me giggle. In the movie when Bilbo says this quote, the stunned and confused faces of the other hobbits in the party is hilarious. Although The Lord of the Rings is sometimes a dark story, centred on good overcoming evil and where bad things happen, it is also funny and lighthearted in parts. I just love how witty this quote is and it can be so true sometimes with some of the people I've met in my life!
