Showcase Sunday #3

I've managed to buy a few goodies in the past two weeks so will share them all with you in today's Showcase Sunday a weekly meme hosted over @Books, Biscuits and Tea. Amazon has an amazing jubilee kindle sale on at the moment and I've picked up a few books on there and might even get a few more as there's just some real good books on there for around 99p! So let me show you what I bought, borrowed or received this week! :)

Bought (physical books):
Graceling - Kristin Cashore (Goodreads)
I've finally managed to get hold of a copy of Graceling, a book that I've been wanting to read for ages! I'm half way through at the moment and I'm enjoying it so far :)

Kindle:
To Be Or Not To Be: And Everything Else You Should Know From
Shakespeare - Liz Evers (Amazon)
The Iron King (Iron Fey #1) - Julie Kagawa (Goodreads)
She-Wolves: The Women Who Ruled England Before
Elizabeth - Helen Castor (Goodreads)
I bought all of these three books on amazon as their all 99p as part of the jubilee kindle sale. The Shakespeare one looks like it will be handy as part of my Shakespeare uni module next year so hopefully it'll be worth the read. The Iron King I've wanted to buy for ages after reading a whole load of great things about it on other bloggers' sites. I couldn't resist She-Wolves as I love history so cannot wait to read this book :)

Freebies:
Maturation Process: Wothlondia Rising III - Gary F. Vanucci (Goodreads)
I've read and reviewed most of Vanucci's work and really enjoyed them so when I saw that this was free on amazon for the weekend I knew I had to snap it up. For lover's of fantasy his works are definitely worth checking out :)

Please leave a link below to all of your Showcase Sunday's so I can check them all out!

  10. I'm pondering the Iron Fey books as they're only 99p and I enjoyed The Immortal Rules. For some reason I have been restrained this week!
